BRANDON FLIHAN IS A 28 YEAR OLD PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER WHO HAS COMPETED OVER 15 TIMES. ALSO THE OWNER OF A PERSONAL TRAINING BUSINESS BASED IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.
RomyI’ve met with Brandon many times throughout the years, I knew what kind of results he brought to the table. I had no reasons not to team up with him, I just wanted to try other avenues. Literally not gaining a single result with other programs too lol. I’ve done CrossFit, circuit training gyms, and even met with other trainers in past years. Brandon never attempted to pressure me into a sale or push me past anything I wasn’t ready to do. As soon as a I told him I was ready and I was tired of being rundown with no results he laid it all out. With the amount I had let my body go he had explained was going to take a certain level of work. The results I was expecting wouldn’t begin to show until 4-6 months of consistency. I mean 5 days a week with a strict and detailed diet plan he implement with a meal prep company I was also working with at the time. Realistically this was the most crucial part for me specifically. Brandon was trying to undo years and years of horrible eating habits, consisting mostly of fast food drive thrus. He narrowed in on a great spaced out program with slight modifications so I can still feel as if I was indulging in my usual junking lol. Eventually weaning off that path into a mostly full Brandon approved program. The most amazing part was his sense of how to gauge where to push me and maneuver me in the proper directions constantly; seeing the small developments in movements and strength. Without Brandon’s knowledge and keen sense of not over stressing the muscles, or under stimulating them, I would never have gained the results as fast or efficiently as we did. Brandon pushed me daily but in a way that worked for me to strive to keep pushing and get better. Actually seeing results in myself in time as well! I can honestly say that without Brandon I never would have never accomplished this level of fit, tone, strength and even for me an aesthetic appeal.
