This diet includes a sample of how I would achieve your daily macronutirent goals utilizing a sample diet I created based off of the foods MY clients most commonly like.

 

In this Ebook you will receive a video tutorial of how to use MyFitnessPal so you can adjust the sources of food to make the diet sustainable.

 

This is a cut! and should be done for 3 months out of the year. Training in a deficit to lose body fat shouldn't be done for an extended amount of time.

 

This would be a good precursor to actual 1 on 1 custom online training with me.
